Since 2013, NTRC has been helping runners of all abilities train for races of all distances including 5K up to Full Marathon. In Toronto, NTRC hosts four runs per week:

Monday 745PM - Trinity Bellwoods
Tuesday 7PM - Central Tech (check event location)
Thursday 745PM - Trinity Bellwoods
Saturday 8AM - Trinity Bellwoods
