Pickleball365 (formerly Noble Park Pickleball) is organising a pickleball competition for teams for the Eastern and Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Team Requirements:
• Team Composition: Teams must have 4 players each week. Teams can list more than 4 players to allow for rotation, but only 4 players can participate in a given week.
• Grading:
o Beginner/Intermediate: DUPR 2-3.49
• Entry Fee: $50 per team, payable upon registration in OpenSports.
Venue Requirements
• Venue: Pickleball365 will host it at Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre.
Second venue Clifton hills tennis club
• Match Start Time: from 130pm Saturday afternoons, Match play should last approximately 1.5-2 hours.
• Court Hire Fee: Each player pays $10 each week to cover court hire costs, preferably in cash.

• Equipment:
o Suitable balls provided by the venue (balls need not be new each week but should be in good condition).
o Nets must be in good condition.

• Rules: Matches follow the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook.

• Liability: Players participate at their own risk.

Competition Format
• Duration: 6 weeks (6 weeks of games- leader at the end is the winner).
• Match Structure:
o Games: First to 11 points, win by 2 points.
o Sets: Best of 3 games (if tied, third game to 5 points, no win by 2 required).
o Change ends after each game.
o Coin toss determines the first serve or choice of side.
o Each player plays 1 set with each teammate.

Scoring and Updates
• Score Entry: Team captains must enter scores after each match on OpenSports.
• Ladder Updates: Ladders will be updated after the games are completed.
