This is a locally Graded Competition run by DTBA for Adult Women Only.
For members and Open to Guests....
(Losing Players may continue to play social games as permitted by Court & time availability)

Team doubles only. As a rule, Players are to be randomly drawn to form Teams in Competition. (There may be instances where Losers may have second chance).

Round Robin/Elimination format until Winner decided.
Conducted in THREE Divisions (Subject to change)
D1 - Advanced
D2 - Intermediate
D3 - Beginners
Minimum requirement for beginners:
To ensure a fun and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly request that participants have a basic understanding of badminton fundamentals:

1. Basic stroke skills: able to hit the shuttle comfortably
2. Serving skills: able to perform a basic serve
3. Familiarity with basic rules:
   • Scoring system
   • Faults, out, serving
   • Game and match structure

PLAYERS Grading assessed to qualify for Divisions as follows.
*Members - via DTBA GSS skill level
*Guests - via Reference or proven Comp grade.

Entry fees are
$10 per Member Player.
$15 per Guest Player

Organisers have absolute discretion on

1. Players selection for each Doubles Team
2. RR are played to 21pts & Finals to 30pts, No Setting but is subject to change...
3. Competition Format decision
4. Umpiring to be conducted by Players (Respect and Sportsmanship are expected)
   Disputes will not be entertained.

*All Players grading are subjected to Organiser scrutiny in order to qualify for Competition.
*Competition Draw outcomes subject to Players numbers decision (Max Cap to be set at 60players)
*Players' Refunds may apply for certain circumstances and will be at discretion of Organisers.

Games to start at no later than 2pm
***There are no refunds for No Shows.
