This will be a two day bring your own team cloth tournament with Women's and Open running concurrently Day 1 Round Robin Day 2 Finish RR & Single Elimination Bracket

DMV and Philly Dodgeball have 24 Canadian Cloth Circuit Champions allocations for this CCCC qualifier

• Allocations provide players' entry in the Canadian Cloth Circuit Champions(CCCC).
• An allocation from this tournament means you are representing DMV Dodgeball or Philly Dodgeball as an affiliated team member in the Men's or Women’s division of the CCCC
  • Affiliation with DMV dodgeball as going to one league/tournament annually and living in the DMV area.
  • Affiliation with Philly dodgeball as going to one league/tournament annually and living in the Philadelphia area.
• 8 allocations can be gained through the lottery by DMV Dodgeball or Philly Dodgeball affiliated players
  • A player may only claim one allocation through the lottery
  • Only players living in the DMV or Philly area are eligible to participate
  • Only individuals that have participated in a DMV/Philly dodgeball league or event in the past year
• From the 16 remaining allocations 8 allocations can be won by the top team of each division(Open & Women's)
  • A player can only claim one allocation per division at this event
  • Players may opt to take the prize pool money equivalent to the allocation price($65 CAD→ ~48 USD) instead of their allocation and this adds the unclaimed allocation to the lottery.
    • Any unclaimed allocations will be subsequently added to the lottery
  • The lottery will be done the 2nd day(April 12th) after the tournament finishes
• After allocations are all claimed through play or lottery the remaining prize pool will be distributed between the top 3 teams for each division
  • For each division the prize pool is equivalent an allocation’s value of (65CAD x 8 players x a worth it factor of 2) rounded up
  • Prize pool money will be spread, ensuring 2nd and 3rd place still receive significant earnings. For example if the prize pool was $760 for 7 player teams then the following would be the winning amount split between players rounded to the nearest cent.
    1. 1st Place (50%): $380 → $54.29/pp USD
    2. 2nd Place (30%): $228 → $32.57/pp USD
    3. 3rd Place (20%): $152 → $21.71/pp USD
• Note this amount will change depending on whether players in the top team decide to choose an allocation over the prize pool. For example, if all players in a winning division opt for the allocation instead of the prize pool then the split would be 60% to 2nd place and 40% to 3rd place
