Introduction clinic – learn to play Pickleball – Rules, Scoring, Basics
1¼ hour clinic plus ¾ hours play time.

Hosted by Camp Curiosity in the DPC Pickle Barn Facility

• COVID CONCERN - as an outdoor environment, facial coverings are optional, Sanitizer will be available
• Open barns doors and windows - No Air Conditioning! - Dress Appropriately
• Proper footwear consists of a stable court shoe, refrain from running or walking shoes
• Appropriate warm up is part of the session
• Bring liquids to keep hydrated.
• All participants must sign up individually (waiver requirement)

! PLEASE OBSERVE 5 mph SPEED LIMIT AS YOU ENTER THE FACILITY!

if you have your own paddle, GREAT, bring it. Otherwise, DO NOT GO PURCHASE ONE yet. We have a number of DEMO paddles available for Beginner use. Paddles can be costly, so don’t make the investment until you get a feel for what paddle works best for you.

• LEARN rules, scoring, stance and basic strategy
• DRILL on serves and returns
• PLAY a few actual games practicing what you've learned
• MEET new people with a common interest
• HAVE FUN doing all of the above!

Other quick information:
(1) The roads and parking lot are basically gravel, so PLEASE travel the grounds at the posted 5MPH (the hors-es will love you)
(2) online enrollment is MANDATORY for payment and necessary waivers
