COMPETITION:
SESSION: Same Partner Doubles
Join Pickle Kit for our Round Robin format where you will get to play with your nominated partner against all players within your session. Designated matches and reserves will be allocated as per the Round Robin sheet at the session. At the end of each of your matches, you will provide your score to the host, then the next match court allocations will be announced. Results from your matches will be tallied and posted to the group chat at the end of the session.

Teams
👤Sign up and nominate your partner ~OR~ Don't have a partner? Sign up solo and leave the "partner" spot open for someone else to join your team.
👤Can't book into the same team with your partner? No problem! As long as there are two spots left, book those spots. Then simply message Zak with your partner's name, and he'll arrange it on the night.
👤Choose any team name! You don't have to keep the same team name each week.

Courts
🥒Courts 1-4: Advanced Doubles
🥒Courts 5-8: Beginner + to Intermediate Doubles

DURING SESSION:

• Limited to 9 TEAMS of 18 players in total. 4 courts & two reserves max

SKILL LEVELS:

💪Which skill level do I choose?
The skill level that you select when booking will be used to allocate you to a court. If you are unsure of your level of play, please contact Coach Zak. To ensure the best experience for all players, Coach Zak may advise the level of play you are at - at times this will be below or above your self-allocated level.

• Intermediate: You can handle receiving fast balls and have an understanding of court positioning strategies. You are confident when volleying at the net and can handle receiving fast drives and speed-ups. You are working on incorporating drop shots and dinks into your game.
• High Intermediate: When playing competitive match play with Pickle Kit, you are consistently at the top courts. You are someone who has a high level of skill in pickleball and is working on refining their skills and strategies to become more competitive.
• Advanced: You are someone who has mastered the skills and strategies of pickleball and can consistently perform at a high level in competitive settings.

Based on court availability and session bookings at each skill level, the Pickle Kit hosts may need to merge some skill levels or re-allocate players between courts.

• 👟Tennis shoes (or similar)

PADDLES:

• 🏓Your first two sessions include FREE paddle hire from our beginner paddle range. This does not include our exclusive DEMO paddles. Afterwards a $5 fee is charged.
• 🏓Looking for a paddle? A large range of demo paddles are on offer through Pickle Kit. A $5 redeemable fee will give you access to our exclusive DEMO paddles so you can 'Try Before You Buy'. See our full paddle range ONLINE. DISCOUNTS ➡️ VIP Members receive discounts on paddles.

VENUES:
📍Undercover Courts at Mitchelton State High School - Entry via 19 Turnbull St, Mitchelton
📍Indoor Centre at Arana Hills - Entry via The Hills District PCYC

🚗 There is onsite and street parking available at each venue.
⏰ Arrive within 15 minutes before start time. Players are welcome to warm up during this time. Match Play will begin within 10min of the session commencing.

PICKLE KIT Court Conduct:
At Pickle Kit, players are expected to be respectful, punctual, considerate, and fair. Proper pickleball etiquette is similar to that of any social sport. Any player found not adhering to these standards will be restricted from all Pickle Kit events.
