Social play session for those that are new to pickleball but have gone through the beginners coaching or training at PCYC Bateau Bay. This session is slightly cheaper & shorter due to a court booking straight afterwards.

Who This Session Is For:

·       Players who have recently completed coaching or a “Learn to Play” session at Bateau Bay.

·       Beginners still learning scoring and rules.

·       Brand new players should attend “Learn to Play” before joining social sessions.

Session Format:

·       Players: 15 total

·       12 active players on 3 courts (4 per court)

·       3 reserves waiting on the bench

·       Games: First to 9 points

·       Social Play Rules:

·       Winners stay on the court but must split up for the next game.

·       Losers rotate off the court with reserves.

·       Winning teams can only win 2 games in a row before rotating with reserves.

A valid PCYC Membership is a requirement for all participants at the club. Renewals can be done at reception. New memberships can be done online at PCYC Bateau Bay | PCYC NSW and you will receive a membership card at the club. All players must scan in at reception prior to the session.

Cancellation Policy:

• To receive a credit, players must cancel at least 24 hours before the session.
• Cancel via the app or Open Sports website by selecting ‘CANCEL ORDER’.

·       If you cancel on time, the full cost will be credited to your PCYC Bateau Bay Pickleball account.

·       Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of payment.

·       Please cancel as soon as possible to allow players on the waitlist to join.
