A you a former dancer looking to build strength and flexibility before heading back into class? Are you looking to connect with yourself and move your body in a way that feels accessible and great? Join us for a vinyasa style yoga class to develop core strength, body awareness and range of motion.
Class runs on Saturday mornings on Google MEET from 9:30am-10:30am. By registering you are making a commitment to your health and well-being. In addition, moving with others creates accountability. Bring a friend (online), move and connect with us!

Cancellation Policy
A full refund can be issued 24 hours before the first class, after the session starts, there are no refunds or class credits for missed classes.
