Women's Doubles Beginners 18+ will start their round robin games at 8:00am, while quarters / semis for the other geneder doubles will start at 9:00am.

Hope you are all looking forward to playing and watching some great games of pickleball.

Few reminders for Saturday:

PARKING: there is free parking on site next to the tennis centre. If the parking is full, there is plenty of space available on the street.

CASH: Remember there are no EFTPOS facilities so bring along cash for your payments.

REGISTRATION: Make sure you arrive at least half hour before your scheduled matches for warm up and registration. Some of you registered incorrectly as Brisbane Pickleball members or registered without paying the tournament fee, the amount due will need to be paid at the registration desk before playing. You will not be allowed to play if you don't pay the fees overdue. Players and spectators must also check in with the Queensland Gov QR code via their mobiles.

TOURNAMENT BRIEFING: There will be a tournament brefing 15 minutes before the start of each division. Singles briefing will be held at 7:45am on Saturday morning, Gender Doubles briefing will be held at 6:45pm on Saturday and again at 7:45am in the morning on Sunday, finally, Mixed Doubles briefing will be held at 12:45pm on Sunday.

TOURNAMENT RAFFLE: We are running a tournament raffle with tickets being available on the day, so please bring some cash to purchase some tickets. There are many great prizes to win.

T-SHIRT: T-shirts will be on sale at the registration desk. If the demand is greater than the supply we will be able to put in a second order.

CHAIRS: There are limited seats available at the venue so we encourage spectators to bring their own camping chairs.

F&B VOUCHER: Please collect your Coffee & Muffin voucher at the registration when you arrive together with the registration bag. Please note that only players will receive this treat!

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If an entire event is abandoned due to inclement weather then a full refund will be processed, including tournament registration if that is the only event entered.

In the case where weather intervenes part way through an event that has commenced, and the event cannot be completed, then no refund is applicable.
