10:00 AM – Doors, music , vendors
10:30 AM – Pilates session (open to all levels)
11:00 AM – King of the Hill style pickup soccer
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Open play, social time, music, and vendors

🚗LOCATION & PARKING: Free Parking is available in the SOUTH LOT of the West End MARTA Station at 1680 Lee St SW, Atlanta, GA 30306.

⚖️CODE OF CONDUCT: All attendees must follow our code of conduct to participate. Failure to do so could result in yellow or red cards, up to a permanent ban of the player from all our facilities and events.

🔽 CLICK JOIN TO PLAY: Once you pay, your spot is reserved. When you arrive at the field, check in with the field manager.

📜WAITLIST: If the event is full, join the Waitlist. If a player drops out, you'll receive a notification to pay and reserve your spot. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you’ll get to play, only that you’re in line for open spots.

✅ CHECK IN WITH THE MANAGER: Players must check in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, or their spot may be filled by the next player on the waitlist if the session is full. If you paid for a spot and are running late, message the event group chat so the field manager is notified.

💳PAYMENTS & REFUNDS: Payments are collected only via the OpenSports app. Managers will not accept or ask for cash payments or any other payment method. Refunds are automatic if you cancel your spot at least 1 hour before kickoff.

🌩️ RAIN OR SHINE: We play all year round, in rainy or wet conditions. If the event is still open, we're planning to play! If there is lightning in the area or other extreme weather conditions, the event administrator will message everyone and issue refunds if the event is canceled.
