We're offering a series of clinics to help players focus on improving specific aspects of their game. This will be a 2 hour session focused on improving your skills as a setter.

This clinic is ideal for experienced players looking to take their game to the next level. Players that already have a good handle on setting and are looking to improve their technique and strategy will get the most out of this clinic.

🔞Must be 18 years or older to participate!🔞

Some things we’ll cover and practice are:

• Improving setting footwork and body position
• Setting with consistent tempo and accuracy
• How to position yourself on the court
• Strategy and the mental game

• Registration (through this page) is required to attend this event
• Clinic cost is $30, which includes gym rental, the 2 hour clinic sessions and a $5 donation to support our local parks

About the Coaches

Charlie Sabach played volleyball at Rider Universities and helped coach the women's club team. He has also coached for various club teams including GPS crush, East Coast Power and TNT Volleyball.
Sydney Adams played volleyball at Maine Maritime Academy and coaches for the Philadelphia Starlings.
