1. Adults only Session - Players must be over 18 years of age.

2. Registration to a game session must be completed at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the event. DTBA reserve the right to exclude late registrations. All registrations are subject to availability and acceptances are at DTBA’s discretion.

3. Players may not sell, transfer or share their registered spot. The spot will be automatically transferred to players in the waiting list.

4. Fees are to be paid in full prior to the start of the event. Withdrawals to the event will only be accepted up to 2 days prior to the start of the event and a full refund credit will be issued to the player’s DTBA OpenSports account. Cash refund is not available. Withdrawals received after this deadline shall be liable for the full fee, unless exempted under DTBA’s discretion.

5. Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel or postpone the event. In the event of cancellation, DTBA will notify the players as soon as reasonably practical and a full refund credit will be issued to the player’s DTBA OpenSports account.

6. Note: DTBA members must use the OpenSports App to register and play in this particular promotion Saturday night Event refer to as the
   "Midnight Express".
   By doing so...
   Members will enjoy the 11%disc off normal adult Playing Fee ($9) when doing this.

This promotion will only be for a LIMITED TIME period as endorsed by the DTBA Committee.

7. Complaints or feedback should be raised to the DTBA committee for further review.
