Get ready for the hockey season resuming soon. Train off ice with Hockey Director Troy MacCormick at our outdoor rink located in the AIH West Parking lot.

Open to all AIH Youth House League players born in 2012-13-14.

Skills taught include:

Shooting: Technique to improve accuracy, quickness and velocity
Stickhandling: Proper grip assessment, followed by skills specific to gaining "fast hands"
Conditioning: Running drills and short distance quickness training incorporated into the drills above.
