Small group training, limited to 9 athletes. Each athlete will have there own lifting station. Social distancing will be utilized whenever possible. Weight room will be cleaned prior to the start of each lifting session. Hockey specific Strength and Conditioning geared at skill acquisition, movement mechanics, strength, power, speed, explosiveness and injury prevention.
