PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 mins BEFORE THE 8am START TIME.

Session format consists of host assigning similar strength players to a court.

7.40-8am: arrival, check in, set up nets, stretching & warm up
8.00-10am - Game time ... As guided by your host.
10.00 - 10.15am: pack up & put away nets.
