Welcome to COPA League — Competitive Open Play Action.
This is pickup soccer for players who want real games, real refs, and real competition without a season-long commitment.

Register week-to-week, get randomly assigned teams, and earn individual points that count toward a season-long leaderboard. Play well, show up consistently, and earn your way into Championship Night — FREE.

Game Format

• $10 per game
• 6-a-side (5 field players + 1 goalkeeper)
• Two games per night
• 25-minute halves (5-minute halftime)
• Reffed matches
• Random teams each game
• Indoor or tennis shoes only (NO CLEATS)

How COPA League Works

Each Sunday, players are randomly placed onto teams for two competitive games. While teams change, your individual performance carries forward through a points-based system that rewards:

• Team success
• Goals & assists
• Goalkeeper participation
• Consistent attendance
• Disciplined play

At the end of each night we recognize a Best on the Night, and throughout the season we track a Leaderboard based on average points per night — keeping things fair for both regulars and drop-ins.

Top players qualify for Championship Night at no cost.

COPA League Scoring System

Team Results (per game)

• Win: +3 points
• Tie: +1 point
• Loss: 0 points

Individual Play

• Goal: +2 points
• Assist: +1 point

Goalkeeper Incentives

• Play GK at any point: +1 point
• Play majority of the game at GK: +5 points
• Winning Majority GK: +5 bonus points

Discipline

• Foul committed: −1 point

Attendance Bonus

• Play two weeks in a row: +2 bonus points

Check-In & Policies

• Check in with the game host upon arrival to receive your wristband and field assignment
• Wristbands will not be distributed more than 1 hour before kickoff
• If you are 15 minutes late or skip check-in, your spot may be given to an in-person waitlist player with no refund
