
For serious dancers that are keen on injury prevention, building strength to meet the current demands of dance, and want to develop more flexibility safely.
This 7 week session is led by the founder of The Movement Project, Lindsay Daniels (B.Kin., B. Ed., OCT, ADAPT, RYT) who has over 25+ years of experience in dance education and a deep passion for dance safety. Note that a minimum of 5 weeks are required to register- dancers can attend any of the 5 weeks that work with their schedule out of the 7 offered.
Here are the session details:
When: Sunday Evenings on the following dates (7 in total)
July 5th-July 12th- July 19th- July 26th- August 5th- August 16th- August 30th
Time: 7pm-8pm
Where: Chrome Dance Centre, 452 Taunton Road West, Oshawa *note that The Movement Project is renting this space, the program is not created or affiliated with Chrome. All dancers from studios across the region are welcome to attend.
Who: Competitive dancers age 9-15 with at least 3 years of experience in ballet, studio jazz, contemporary and/or lyrical
Payment: Dancers need to register for 5 weeks minimum (complete payment here on this platform for 5 weeks) for $115 (+hst) and they attend any 5 classes that work with their schedule out of the 7 offered.
For dancers wanting to attend more than 5 weeks, please use the promo code "etransfer" at checkout and send an e-transfer to Lindsay@themovementproject.ca for $146.90 ($130+hst) to participate in more than 5 classes. Note that registration is not considered complete until payment is made either here on the OpenSports app or e-transfer sent.

Refund Policy
Full refunds are available up until 24 hours before the class start time. There are no class credits or refunds provided with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations before the deadline will give you a full refund. Cancellations after the deadline are not refundable.
