This is a drill session designed for players who want to know how to get to the next level. In this session you will drill & play games..

Please wait out the front of the centre until your coach has arrived.

Please wear suitable footwear for on-court play; something with support.
NO sandals or thongs.
Bring bottle for water and a hand towel.
Showers are no longer available here.
There will be spare paddles to use.
