This is a session is for players looking to improve their skill through repeating drill and practice.
For drill and skill, the first 30 minutes will be warm up drill, followed by 30 minutes of defense/ attacking skill practice, then game play for the remaining of the session.
This session is for low intermediate high-intermediate level players.
