Your safety is our top priority! While pickleball is fun, injuries can happen. Let’s all take responsibility and follow these key safety measures:

✅ 1. Warm-Up Properly – Activate key muscles before playing to prevent injuries. Ask your host for our recommended warm-up exercises!

✅ 2. Play Within Your Limits – Know your abilities and avoid pushing too hard. Play smart and safe!

✅ 3. Stay Hydrated – Drink water consistently to prevent cramps and fatigue. Take hydration breaks when needed.

✅ 4. Be Aware of Your Surroundings – Watch out for other players, spectators, and any potential hazards.

✅ 5. Wear Proper Court Shoes – Good shoes provide support, grip, and help prevent injuries.

✅ 6. Avoid Backpedaling – Never run backward to retrieve a ball—this increases the risk of falling. Instead, turn and run forward.

✅ 7. Let Some Shots Go – No ball is worth a fall! If a shot is too risky, let it go and play the next point safely.
