When selecting your team alternate selecting light and dark and help keep the teams even. If the teams are lopsided we will shift players around. If it is routinely lopsided we will go back to assigning teams. Thanks for the understanding!

All skills are welcome. Keep shift lengths short (2-minutes or less). Help the less the skilled players with opportunities and guidance for improvements.
