Turf, indoor, or running shoes recommended. Keep in mind that no cleats are allowed on turf but it's still a good idea to bring them anyways in case we have to switch over to the front campus (which is grass). Bring ball if you have one. Also bring a black and a white and/or coloured shirt. And finally and most importantly.. NO SLIDE TACKLING.
