Session details
Age specific:
Participants must be 12 years old (minimum Age)
And Under 18 years old

RSVP FNJ Rules:
- Member RSVP will only be visible 6 days before the start time of the event (I.e. Booking will be available from 26/10 Saturday 7:00pm for an event that start on 01/11 Friday 7:00pm)
- Guest RSVP will also be visible the same time as Members before the start time of the event
- There is a no refund policy on any cancellation within 8 hours before the start time of the event

Duration:
Session length is for 3 hours.

Capacity:
- Maximum capacity of 48 players

Game Allocation:
A computer Game Scheduler allocates games and courts to players at 20-minute intervals. The system assigns games based on player grades, but may occasionally pair players from different grades. Players are not allowed to switch places in allocated Game without consent of Supervisor.

Arrival time:
Players are recommended to arrive before the event start time
Supervisor on duty reserves the right to decide when to start the first game. Please note that the total number of games may be reduced if arriving after the first game, but your spot will always be available. No refunds are available for no show.

Walk-in:
Payment accepted only via OpenSport for walk-ins.
Walk-ins are dependent on excess Spots availability.
Please note that the number of walk-in spots are subject to change without notice.

Waiting List:
When an event is fully booked, you can join the waiting list in the OpenSports app. You'll see your rank in the queue and receive a notification if a spot becomes available, giving you time to accept it. The waiting list opens with Guest RSVP and closes when the event starts. Learn more about waiting lists at (https://opensports.net/waitlist).

Parking:
All-day parking is available around the Stadium

*DTBA has a ZERO Tolerance policy to Supervisor Abuse in any form or manner. You will be asked to leave premises or Authorities will be called.
