Grown-Up swimming is summer league for adults! This is a good place to start if you are worried about your first swim meet or getting back into swim meets. Denver Squid has a team that you can sign up with. Registration is $75, with a $5 discount if you are a USMS member. This fee gets you entry into all 4 meets!
