o Ideal for players who have extended rallies but don’t routinely get to the kitchen when they are on the serving team.
o These coaching sessions will give you the skills, understanding and consistency to have extended rallies against intermediate and advanced intermediate players.
o Learn how to add spin, power and control to your shots.
o Learn how to play as a team
o Please warm up before play. Look after your bodies!
