Master the Net: Attacking & Spiking Intensive 🏐

They say defense wins games, but the attack finishes them. Are you ready to become a powerhouse at the net? Join our expert coaches for a 90-minute deep dive into the mechanics that turn a soft hit into a terminal kill.

What to expect:

• The Approach Lab: Great spikes start with the feet. We’ll break down the 3-step and 4-step footwork patterns to help you maximize your vertical and translate speed into power.
• Arm Swing Mechanics: Learn the "bow and arrow" technique to increase your shot velocity and keep your shoulder healthy. We’ll cover everything from cross-court power hits to tactical line shots and tips.
• Pro Tips: Get real-time feedback from club-level coaches on your timing, contact point, and "closing" the block so you can score with confidence this season.
