4 indoor courts using the badminton lines in the Rec Hall.

Intermediate session with skills and drills and competitive play with a variety of formats

This session will start with skills and drills for all players to develop shots, consistency, placement and strategy. This session will allocate a skills development court for those players who need ongoing work on their skills.

Before joining this session, please consider if your game has a third or fifth shot which is developing consistency, you are comfortable dinking, you have some variety in your shots by developing a change of pace and are starting to move your opponents with shot placement. At this level you are working to extend rallies and are starting to read your opponents shots and strategy to counteract these.

Our hosts will if required , provide feedback to players if the session is not appropriate to your skill level.

This session is not suitable for Come & Try or Beginner levels.

Nets need to be set up prior to the session and packed up at the end of each session.

The address is Park Rd Mt Gravatt and the courts are in Rec Hall which is next to the Aquatic centre (across the road from the outdoor courts carpark).

There is only one road in and it comes off Gaza Rd, and is then off the on ramp to the motorway heading south.

Walk past the tennis courts and up the road a little. On the right you will see a very big grey building. The courts are in there, so walk up the little hill into the area.
