This session is designed to help active players develop their skills and go beyond their current level.

The plan is to have skills drills for the first hour and then move into structured games where you will use the skills. This will also develop your court positioning and where you hit the ball. The goal is to improve everyone game. The last hour is free play. The idea is to use this session as a place you can develop your skills over weeks and months.

Please bring a large full drink bottle.
The courts have chalk lines and the nets will need to be packed up.

Parking is free.
There is only one road in, Messines Ridge Road, and it comes off Gaza Rd, and is then off the on ramp to the motorway heading south.
