SHADEHUNTERS UNITE - If this is a favourite session for you, be sure to check each week whether it is running at Nissan Arena, Hibiscus Stadium or Mt Gravatt Rec Hall. These are our three indoor venues, and the session location may change depending on venue availability.

This session is only open to those players who are already playing tournaments in the Open or 4.0+ divisions and have a current DUPR over 4.0, being high-level advanced players performing consistently at an elite standard within club play and seeking strong, competitive match play.

Players at this level demonstrate:

• Consistent control at the non-volley zone, shaping and directing play
• The ability to handle high pace and sustained pressure, including fast hands exchanges and resets
• Strong anticipation, reading play early and creating opportunities rather than reacting
• The ability to stay in points under pressure, returning difficult and creative shots to neutral or advantage
• Consistent tempo control and shot placement to construct and finish points
• Seamless partner movement and communication, maintaining high-level court positioning
• A clear and applied strategic approach, executed consistently throughout games

Rallies at this level are consistently longer, faster, and more tactical, requiring patience, precision, and high-quality decision-making under pressure.

This session suits players who maintain a high level of consistency with minimal unforced errors, and who can absorb pressure, reset effectively, and reapply it to opponents.

If you are still building consistency in extended rallies, managing pressure, or executing strategy at speed, the High Intermediate to Advanced session is recommended while these skills are refined.

If you have not previously attended this session, please contact the host prior to booking to confirm suitability. The host may follow up and recommend a more appropriate session to ensure the best experience for all players.

Our hosts will run a variety of session types based on the participants who join. There are levels to suit every player. We are dedicated to fun, friendship and skill development and run entirely by volunteers and welcome you to the joy of Pickleball.

All players are expected to ensure that their behaviour at BPC sessions upholds the SPIRIT of Australian pickleball, and is aligned with the PA Code of Conduct policy.
