This is a structured hill training to get race ready for spring races.

Meet and greet is Starbucks, corner of Yonge & College.
There is no bag check or coat drop.
Run will start from Starbucks @ Yonge/College
12KM workout will end TTC station @ Broadview/Danforth

Please read all details below to ensure there are no misunderstandings:

a) Dress for the weather because this is an outdoor workout
b) Please arrive on time, the workout warm-up will start 735PM sharp!
c) Bring a bottle of water for hydration, if you need.
d) Be prepared to run approximately 12K overall for this session. The workout includes a 2.5KM warm-up and 2.5K cool-down.
e) If this is your first time joining us, please arrive early so you can speak to the instructor.
f) If you are not a member of "NTRC Season 12" - please ensure your payment is completed via Open Sports before the workout session starts. We will not accept cash on site. All collected proceeds during the month of January 2019 will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charity Toronto.

Cancelations received before 630PM using Open Sports app are accepted. If you do not cancel before 630PM, your payment is non-refundable even if you do not show up or arrive late.
