We are still meeting inside heated dome starting at 7PM.
20 minute team warm-up starts at 715PM sharp!
If you are late to the start of workout, please do your own warm-up routine for at least 15 minutes. We request you to not interfere with ongoing workout until your warm-up is done.
Please bring your own water bottle (hydration) to the workout.
This is the second last free workout to non-season 12 members.
