Our adult pickup game is recreational and coed. We play for competitive, friendly fun, and minimize dangerous or overly aggressive play.

RULES FOR PICKUP: 1) Play will be limited to 11v11 or smaller-sided games. 2) No slide tackles, hip bumps, or other hard physical contact (focus more on disrupting passes and channels, less on muscling players off the ball), 3) we will play kick-ins from the sidelines for small-sided games, 4) goalies may use their hands.
