Our adult pickup game is recreational and coed. We play for competitive, friendly fun, and minimize dangerous or overly aggressive play.

RULES FOR PICKUP: 1) Play will be limited to 11v11 or smaller-sided games. 2) No stand-up tackles, hip bumps, or other hard physical contact (focus more on disrupting passes and channels, less on muscling players off the ball), 3) we will play kick-ins from the sidelines for small sided games, 4) goalies may use their hands.
