OpenSports and KidSport St. Albert Present the 2017 Polar Playoff Charity Hockey Tournament .

Grab your mitts and twigs! It’s time to hit the outdoor rink in support of KidSport Charity St. Albert. KidSport is a national not-for-profit organization that provides financial assistance for registration fees and equipment to kids aged 18 and under. All proceeds will go to KidSport St. Albert.

On December 29th, 2017, the Woodlands ODR [6 Willoughby Drive, St. Albert] will be home to an all-ages shinny hockey tournament to raise money to fund youth sports in St. Albert. Sign up and invite as many people as you can to come out and support. Be sure to sign up as “Player”.

Donations for non players can also be made by signing up under the “Donate” tab, and you may donate the $10 as many times as you would like.

Tournament Rules:

• Show up and play!
• 'Posts’ rules: Goals are when a puck is raised and hits either post or crossbar
• Will be officiated by both teams based on the honour system
• No goaltending to avoid injury
