These sessions are for you to show up exactly as you are.

This is a queer-led, queer-centred session where safety and belonging come first.

Whether you’re here to compete, connect, or just have a hit, you’ll find your place on our court.

We believe sport should feel good, supportive, social, and full of joy.

Players of higher skill levels are expected to adjust their play to suit the level on court and focus on placement, strategy, and quality rallies throughout the session. Players will be able to:

• Be consistent in rallying, dinking, and third shot drops.
• Able to serve and return with some strategy.
• Comfortable at the net, understands basic positioning.
• Starts using soft and hard shots effectively, adapting to opponents.

What to expect:

- Fun, competitive session with players of a similar skill level

- Rotating games to meet and play with different people

- A safe and welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ players and allies

- Good vibes, good rallies, and zero pressure to be anything but yourself

All players are expected to ensure that their behaviour at BPC sessions upholds the SPIRIT of Australian pickleball, and is in line with the PA Code of Conduct policy.
