WalkSoccer is a fun, safe, and low-impact version of football designed especially for older
adults who want to stay active and connected. Played at walking pace with no running or
physical contact, it reduces the risk of injury while still providing great exercise for the
heart, balance, and overall wellbeing. You don’t need any previous experience, many players
are trying football for the very first time. WalkSoccer is as much about friendship and
community as it is about the game, offering a welcoming and supportive environment
where everyone can enjoy staying active together.
