Advanced
This session is suitable for Advanced players only. It is appropriate for those who play at a higher level with the following skill set.

Skills required:

-competent with both the hard and soft game and ability to reset the play
-consistent stroke play with ease
-understanding 3rd shot choices and when to utilise them
-confident to handle anything presented to them at the non-volley zone
-agility, fitness, and mobility are required
-using teamwork to win the point or gain advantage
-aiming to and capable of employing game strategies to close the rally to your advantage .
