Coach Ana will lead you through progressive drills targeting key areas of competitive play, including:

 🎯 Advanced movement and footwork patterns

 🎯 Precision dinking and soft game strategies

 🎯 Split stepping, court positioning, and anticipation

 🎯 Volley speed and reaction training

 🎯 Drive consistency and shot selection under pressure

 To maximise player development:

 ✅ Groups will be formed by ability for targeted drills

 ✅ Rotations will provide variety and challenge across courts

 ✅ 4 courts dedicated to structured training
