Thursday evening intermediate session for up to 23 players on 4 indoor courts.

For insurance purposes, it is a requirement for all non-Bayside Pickleball Club members joining this event, to be a member of Pickleball Victoria or another Pickleball Australia Association affiliate.

Intermediate guidelines:

Prior playing experience and knowledge of the game is required. If you have never played Pickleball before, or you're starting your Pickleball journey, this session is not for you. It spoils it for those already familiar with the game.

Skills required:

• have confidence in your ability to keep the serve and return deep
• a good understanding of effective teamwork and matchplay strategies
• solid groundstroke and volley skills to maintain a rally
• knowledge of the skills required to participate in the hard and soft game
• effective use of drop shots to advance to the non-volley zone and reset the play
• moving quickly toward the non-volley zone when the opportunity arises
• good fitness and agility on court

Members: $5 (you will be recognised by the system at the point of payment).

Non-members: $10, and subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser.

If you are unable to come to a session, please cancel your order on OpenSports asap so that people on the waitlist have an opportunity to play.

No booking back-to-back sessions will be allowed unless done so on the day of the session if spots are open.
