This is week 3 of our build your fitness through track program. There is still time to join this twelve week program to get you ready for upcoming mid-distance races like Toronto marathon or Toronto 10KM.
If you raced Around The Bay on Sunday, this Tuesday is your day off.
If you are joining us this Tuesday, please note the following:
a) we meet inside the Central Tech dome.
b) bring your own hydration liquids
c) warm-up starts 7:15PM sharp
d) workout is between 60 minutes up to 90 minutes.
e) all levels are welcome, however if this is your first time - please arrive early to speak with the workout leader.
