Pickup continues at The Portland Sports Complex on Tuesday nights!

April 30th: 8:00 pm start time (Full Dome/Fields A & B - 2 Fields of play).
Format: 90 minutes, 5 rotating teams

• Please remember this is a fun first session for all skill levels. We have an intermediate session for those looking for a more competitive game.
• Please bring a light and dark shirt.
• Pinnies will be given out at check in
• Team assignments posted ahead of time

Regular Pick Up Play rules/format:

• No sliding, checking, or pushing. Keep your arms down, your legs in, and your body under control.
• "Fun first" session is for ALL skill and confidence levels. No unsolicited advice or trash talk.
• Players MUST check in within 15 minutes of the event start
• Must be 21 or older to play
• Balls will be provided
• Up to 7v7, rotating up to 5 teams per field (20 min on, 10 min off, etc).
