Pickup continues at The Portland Sports Complex next Tuesday night!

9:00 pm start time (Full Dome - 2 Fields of Play).
Format: 90 minutes of play, 10 minutes each game. Teams rotate with 4 playing and 2 resting.

• This is a fun first session for all skill levels
• Pinnies will be given out at check in
• Team assignments posted ahead of time

Regular Pick Up Play rules/format:

• NO SLIDING - on or off the ball, defending or reaching for a shot, sliding is NEVER ALLOWED. Any slide will result in immediate removal and a 2 week ban. Goalkeepers may dive HANDS FIRST.
• NO CHECKING or PUSHING. Keep your arms down, your legs in, and your body under control.
• "Fun first" session is for ALL skill and confidence levels. No unsolicited advice or trash talk.
• Kick ins at Out of Bounds. No offsides.
• Players MUST check in within 15 minutes of the event start
• Must be 21 or older to play
• Balls and pinnies will be provided
• 5v5 to 7v7, depending on number of signups.
