Meet inside the Central Tech dome at 7PM.
Plan ahead! The workout will start at 715PM.
The warm-up will be indoors, the workout will be outdoors.
If the track isn't cleared, we'll head outside for a speed-oriented workout.
Please bring "your own" hydration fluids.
