This session is appropriate for those who know all the rules, including how to score and who have achieved basic Pickleball playing skills.
It is not suitable for those who have never played Pickleball.

If you have never played Pickleball before, this session is not suitable as it spoils it for those already familiar with the game.

Skills required:

• basic knowledge of the game, including scoring, court layout, non volley zone and 2 bounce rule
• improving consistency of serve
• developing your ground strokes
• starting to sustain rallies with players of equal ability
• beginning to approach the non volley zone, but still gaining confidence
• low level of court coverage, but improving with regular play
