This Spiking clinic will focus on three of the more dramatic shots in the game of volleyball: The front row attack, the back row attack, and the jump serve. Everybody wants to serve aces or win a point with a powerful spike from a great set! In this clinic players will develop the proper arm swing and footwork mechanics to attack the ball whether the set is good or bad, on or off the net, and will walk away feeling more confident in their offensive capabilities.

Who Can Participate:
Intermediate (BB) to Advanced players (A) only (18+)! You must be able to handle a free ball, pass accurately, serve consistently, play bump-set-spike volleyball and understand rotations (5-1/6-2), rather than just returning the ball to the other side of the court. If you cannot do the above, you will be asked to leave.

How It Works:

• Only players who register on-line will be allowed to participate, you cannot give your spot to another person or sign up others.
• Players can Register in advance for as many sessions as they like.
• Must be 18 years old to participate.
• Players can cancel 12 hours in advance to receive a group account credit
