This clinic is designed to help you build confident defensive habits, read hitters more effectively, move efficiently, and control your first contact so your team can transition seamlessly into offense.

Defense isn’t just about digging the ball it’s about creating opportunity for your team to succeed.

We’re Training:

• Defensive base positioning
• Reading hitters & anticipating shots
• Lateral movement & reaction drills
• Controlled digging mechanics
• Free ball & down ball communication
• Transition from defense to attack

Who Can Participate:
Beginner to Intermediate players who want more consistency and confidence behind the service line.

How It Works:

• Only players who register on-line will be allowed to participate, you cannot give your spot to another person or sign up others.
• Players can Register in advance for as many sessions as they like.
• Must be 18 years old to participate.

Cancelation Policy: Players can cancel 12 hours in advance to receive a full group account credit
