Kayak Party & Oktoberfest!!! 🥳 (I mean, please join me for a flat water paddling activity to Harrison's Oktoberfest.) Saturday, October 1, at 10 am. Anderson Lake to Harrison and back.
Oktoberfest in the city park, 1-7 pm (rain or shine). Features area micro-breweries and home brewers, vendors, food, and activities for the kids (face painting, bounce house, etc.).
Squirt guns are not required but certainly encouraged! 💦Paddles make excellent splashers too! 💦

Meet at the Anderson Lake boat launch, which is 50 minutes south of CDA.

Please be ready to launch by 10 am. That means you will want to get there well before launch time to get your gear unloaded and get in your bathroom stop.

We will paddle west on the CDA River to the Harrison Slough. We will stop at the quaint little town of Harrison. You may want to bring money for beer, lunch, drinks, snacks, treats and/or souvenirs. After our stop at Harrison, we will paddle back to the boat launch. If you want to extend the paddling par-tay with me, we'll paddle around Anderson Lake.

Wear a PFD and whistle and sunscreen. Bring snacks and drinks.
