Meet at the Carlin Bay boat launch on Lake CDA. Please be ready to launch by 2 pm. That means you will want to get there well before launch time to get your gear unloaded and get in your bathroom stop.

We are going to explore the shoreline. The middle of the lake can be rough and windy in the afternoon so we'll stay close to the shore.

Next to the boat launch is the Latitudes food truck. After paddling, those who want to stick around for dinner are welcome to. You can also pack your own picnic dinner if you prefer. https://latitudesatcarlinbay.com

DIRECTIONS:
From Coeur d'Alene, take I-90 east to the 97 south exit. Follow State Highway 97 south to Burma Rd. Turn left on Burma Rd. Turn left on 97 south. Carlin Bay public boat launch is on your right. There is parking on both sides of the road. This is 10 miles north of the town of Harrison.
