Meet at the Killarney Lake boat launch. Please be ready to launch by 10 am. That means you will want to get there well before launch time to get your gear unloaded and get in your bathroom stop.

We are going to explore Popcorn Island, the cranberry bogs, and may even play volleyball on the sandbar.

Killarney Lake Access
A concrete boat ramp, docks, paved parking and 12 camp units are situated on the shore of 500-acre Killarney Lake. Campsites do not have electrical or water hookups. Drinking water is available from a hand lift pump. Camp units, water and vault toilet are accessible.

DIRECTIONS:
Approximately 28 miles southeast of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Take US-90 east from Coeur d'Alene for 19 miles to the Rose Lake/St. Maries exit. Follow State Highway 3 south for 4 miles and take Killarney Lake Road to the right for 3.5 miles.

FEE DESCRIPTION:
Free parking in the designated Day-Use sites but the sites may be full so bring small bills in case you have to pay for parking. $5 if I am remembering correctly.
