Flat water paddle lasting 2-2.5hrs. READ ALL THE WAY DOWN.

You will need to wear your PFD & whistle. A Discover Pass is required for parking. This is an easy paddle! All Paddlers are welcome. People will be available to help you unload and load your Canoe/Kayak/SUP.

A leisurely paddle exploring Silver Lake. Come as early as you need to be ready to launch/leave at 6. We ask that each paddler choose outings they can handle comfortably and show up at the put-in prepared and responsible for what the event entails.

Things to bring: PFD and whistle are required.
Other ideas: emergency contact info in PFD, water shoes, change of clothes, cap/sunhat, sunscreen, sunglasses with retainer, drinking water and snacks, headlamp.

Non-members of SCKC will sign a guest liability waiver, available at the launch. Non-members may join up to 3 SCKC paddling events, after which paid membership is needed. https://www.sckc.club/contact-join-renew

Type of Boat: Recreational and up. This is an easy paddle.
